Sales Policy
Upon receipt of payment, all sales are final. In the event that an order is placed in error, the buyer must contact us by e-mail or phone with the necessary order information to dispute the issue. (typically, the buyer's first and last name, and the last 4 digits of the credit or debit card used for the purchase). This method of contact can be used to modify an order or request a refund. Refunds may take 5 to 14 business days to process, including the time for your bank to process our refund request.

Cupcake selection is subject to availability. Using our best discretion when fulfilling orders, we reserve the right to substitute flavors based on availability, and without notice. To assure we exclude items that will not effect food allergies, please give us a call before or after placing your ordr. Otherwise, we are not responsible for any allergic reactions. 

Delivery
We currently can only offer delivery to the Metro Los Angeles Area (California) and select surrounding areas at this time. Note, in the event of exceptions to the delivery range restriction, fees will incur determined by distance from the LA Metro Area.
We can not guarantee specific delivery times or delivery windows due to the unpredictability of LA Traffic. When you place an order, you must provide a delivery date and time, keeping in mind that there is a 5-hour delivery window on all orders (which is subject to change, without notice). All orders MUST be placed 24-hours in advance or will be otherwise adjusted (same-day deliveries are not valid and will modified followed by customer contact). At this time, we do not provide same-day delivery. All orders to be delivered on Saturday must be placed during weekdays (Monday through Friday). If we are delivering to a residence and no one is around to receive the cupcakes, they will be brought back to the shop. In the event that this happens, we reserve the right to charge an additional delivery fee to attempt re-delivery.
Delivery rates are distance-based. For most LA Metro Area deliveries, there is a flat delivery fee of $18 per order. In the event of a delivery being made outside of the LA Metro area (as we ocassionally receive special requests), additional delivery fees will incur by distance ($18 LA Metro flat delivery fee + additional $2 per mile outside of 18-mile radius).
